We loved this hotel, planned to stay 4 nights, and ended up staying the whole week. Rooms are nice and big ( we had a ground floor with a private balcony ) Clean towels and bedding changed every other day Good air con Hot shower Breakfast was basic egg and toast, and 2 days we had an omelette, which was made by the owner, was delicious We rented their motorbike, which was 700 peso per day, The pool is beautiful and cleaned every day The surroundings are so peaceful and relaxing. There's a street food shop across the road she made us some delicious burgers and crepes The hotel is a little bit out of the area, but if ur aiming to be out and see the sites, it's ideal to come back to and relax The owner came down with a bottle of wine for us on our last night ... big thank you Fantastic Value for money x

Clean spacious rooms, a decent-sized swimming pool, and a relaxed vibe. Perfect place for the last day in Palawan before the next day departure from PPS airport. Basic amenities in the room, perfectly working aircon and Wi-Fi. Big shopping mall not far away and within walking distance to the beach. For the price - big yes.

Fantastic place , Great owners, very friendly and helpful, I injured my back before I arrived, and the owner bought me a yoga matt ! The rooms were big clean , quiet ,with a quiet aircon. The bed was big and comfortable. The breakfast was good , They have the best burger I have had in the philippines! The swimming pool is great , has warm water , The shower has hot water and good pressure , The area is great close to town , but not noisy, Will definitely stay there again !

Have stayed here many times in the past, apparently citadel was leased for the past 8 months to people didn't run it so well thank God the owners are back now running the place, this is my home when in Puerto and everything was perfect, this is a hidden gem lovely rooms lovely swimming pool and grounds

Citadel is managed by Del, the lovely owner who went out of her way to accommodate me and my family during our visit. The location is ideal, it is 5 min ride from Robinson's Puerto Princesa, it is also 5 min ride away from the nearest beach. The rooms are clean, the staff are amazing and very accommodating. We came to visit in March, the driest and hottest month of the Philippines, the pool was reasonably large and was quite warm and refreshing.

Clean place with a nice breakfast. There’s a pool and a garden well maintained. The owners are nice and have 2 adorable dogs. Relatively close to the airport and a mall where you can buy SIM card.

The pool was clean and comfortable for my kids to play. It was nice to have good food available at the hotel. Everyone was so nice and helpful with our various questions and needs.

Nice comfortable rooms, quiet location, very friendly staff - the hotel manager, May, is always sweet and accommodating, ready to help with any requests. Loved staying here!
